We have a legal window of between 7 to 20 business days before getting a legal response from VW. Shops we鈥檝e taken the vehicle to refuse to touch it (even performance shops to do DYNO analysis). This is generally after the shops have researched the issue which is strange. However, we are looking into a few other places to take the vehicle but again, most are hesitant to touch the vehicle since it鈥檚 under warranty. We will update with a response soon!
