Mods And Repairs: What Does N/A Mean?

What does N/A mean? Like on a weather calendar? I suppose it usually means "not available". Not aveailable. It's what they put after the afternoon high has occured. Since they can no longer predict it. Not applicable, meaning not yet determined and or irrelevant. 215 max mile to a full tank . Why is this as im sure i should get more than this ? Sounds like you're probably accelerating too quickly and driving it like it's an M5. VW sharan Immobilizer--Any one out there know if its possible to bypass the Immobilizer ? Anyway ,without expensive hardware or reprogramming the key/transponder .something a little more hmm.. These are designed to be an integral part of the cars electrics and electronics to deter theft. As part of the deterrent they are made to be cheaper, not cheap, to repair or replace than to bypass. No you can't hot wire - this is why more cars are now stolen by stealing the keys first as any other way is just not worth it. These things are there for a reason. Why do you need to bypass the immobiliser anyway, are you a car thief?

Only a dealer or specialist auto spark could get through it. Why are my New Beetle's windows frosting up on the -inside-? For the past few days, my VW New Beetle has started collecting frost on the -inside- of the windshield. The first day it was just the windshield, but now it's all the windows. Somebody had mentioned it could be a bad window seal (I have a sunroof and all), but this just started happening after I had to drive the Beetle home through a harsh snowstorm. I don't have a skid plate, so the engine compartment got packed tight with snow, the belt even fell of the motor. Could the packed snow have done some kind of damage that would be causing my windows to frost up from the inside? What are the possible problems that could be causing this? I'd say it is the result of being in such a cold area that you have to experience this for yourself. I would not recommend this for myself but you might try putting rain-x on your windows to keep anything from sticking to them.

Small leak in the heater core, or you just have a lot of residual snow that got down into the ventilation system. Check the footwells for being wet. This can do it. Seriously don't get worked up on the heater core since it fogs your window when driving and fully warm! I think you have a lot of water on the floor. Dealership manual. They sometimes come in volumes and are big. Books like chilton don't go very in depth with most things. But depending on what you are stuck on (trans housing removal or removing a gear or whatever) it may not help much. Manual transmissions can be hard to get apart sometimes since some of the interference fits are tight and gears are brittle. Chiltons suck. You need a Bentley, for this and anything you do to your car. The Bentley is really what you need. But what you really don't need to do is disassemble that transmission.

Suspension is fully independent, with double wishbones and torsion bars up front and semi-trailing arms and coil springs at the rear. ABS is standard, working on power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes, larger for 2001. A load-proportional braking system biases brake pressure front-to-rear as needed 鈥?a nice feature when loaded with heavy gear. Ground clearance is generous at 7 inches, but the overall height of 6 foot, 4 inches will make some parking garages a tight fit overhead. Behind the wheel of the EuroVan, it鈥檚 obvious this isn鈥檛 just another Dodge Caravan wannabe. The EuroVan driver sits much higher than drivers do in other minivans, looking down on those in Caravans and Windstars. There鈥檚 a commanding view from the bridge. Foot room is limited, encroached by the front wheelwells and tight packaging. The front seats, in cushy light-gray velour, are chair-height and a good compromise between softness and support. Both have left and right armrests and are a good place to watch the road go by. The steering wheel does not have a tilt function, and some may be put off by the somewhat bus-like angle of the steering wheel.
