Last year, Volkswagen announced plans to become the world's largest automaker by 2018. Needless to say, many in the industry dismissed Volkswagen's plans as a distant goal at best. Here was Volkswagen, 4th largest in the world, hoping to surpass The Toyota Way in a mere decade? But oh, how times have changed. Almost a year later, things are shaping up for Volkswagen. So it looks like Toyota is starting to lose its lead. But what about Volkswagen? Continued success in emerging markets such as China and India, the forthcoming production plant in the US, and improvements in quality and pricing will all contribute to Volkswagen's success. Error! I am surprised to see your mail even after my Long discussion with you over phone - You have shared the incomplete and wrong facts on my car camera issues.. On July 24th, I checked with Global Gallery Thane & the same were Not available & were assured to be available in a week's time.





But, till today the break pads are not available with them. Subject: Incomplete / Unprofessional Service. During my last service & repair visit to the Service station at Global Gallery, Thane in Jan 2017 the front Bumper was repaired but could not be fixed properly as the 'Original fixing Clip' was Not available in the store. Mr. Sakha Ram, incharge of the service then, assured me to get the same done in next one week's time. However, its been almost 5 months but the same is not addressed until now. Every time I call him I am told that the clip is not there & will be organized in couple of days, I will be called back by them / him & problem will be resolved. But then No one calls back. This is total non sense & Unprofessional & Not at all expected from Volkswagen at all. Ystdy I spoke to Mr. Sakha Ram again but to find that the Clip is still not there. Global Gallery is not able to Service your customers & do not have a Professional approach towards the Service.
