It has a max output of 252 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque. All models come with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, which delivers power to all wheels in a standard package. With this amount of power, the new model marks great numbers. For example, it needs around 6 seconds to reach 60, while the top speed goes up to almost 130 miles per hour. On the other side, fuel economy is also very good and goes around 25 mph on a combined drive. For the European market, there is also a 3.0-liter diesel engine in the offer, which is good for 282 horsepower and 457 pound-feet of torque. The 2019 Audi Q5 should come somewhere late in the next year. We don’t expect changes in price, so base models should go around 42.000 dollars. Competition is pretty tough.
This value matches the deceleration level of Front Assist and ensures that the driver can maintain control of the car even in the event of automatic braking. If the system detects a potential accident situation, it prepares the vehicle and the occupants accordingly. Automatic tautening of the safety belts fixes driver and front-seat passenger in their seats in order to achieve the best possible protective potential from the airbag and seat belt system. In an emergency, it does this all the way to a complete stop. The space in front of the vehicle is scanned via two radar sensors. This double radar system has a range of 200 metres with an aperture angle of 40 degrees.
