Rear arm rest will not fold down or binds in the up, or near up position.
TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
Security anchors on either side of the arm rest may not properly release.
Follow the procedure below or review the attachment to release properly.

PRODUCTION SOLUTION
No production change required.
SERVICE
Carefully grip the armrest and apply slight downward pressure while rocking arm
rest side to side to release security anchors.
Fig. 2: Releasing Security Anchors
Once arm rest is released, remove bottom side covers by releasing security tabs.

Assure security anchors were properly released on both sides.
Verify that arm rest now operates properly.
Install arm rest bottom side covers.
