The car has to go for some work once in three months and they make sure to give huge bills asking to change parts. Also always when the car comes back from service station, some minor issue pops up within a week. It feels like they cheat over all customers and make money out of service. In total in these 5 years i have spent more than 3 Lac over servicing. Never going to Purchase any other Volkswagen in my life and advice people the same. I am really very surprised to see your response on trailing mail - This is not a Fair practice ! You mentioned that exhaust pipe was not an standardized genuine fitment. As This car has failed on Pollution emission limits then I will go Legal against Volkswagen India.. Should I get my car serviced on every 15 Days Now so that This will not emit dangerous pollutants into environment ? Why can't Management of Capital Volkswagen India and Volkswagen India Head comes forward on the issue Inspite of my earlier requests ? Can I expect any Reimbursement from Capital Volkswagen India on the Losses I have beared and in future will be bearing ? Regarding the ADD on warranty which we have issued after long communication and your approval. As discussed currently we have only this product which has been designed only for those customer who are not eligible for EW further after the standard warranty period is over and certain validity period & mileage i.
