The EPA mandated 20 weight oils are far too thin when hot so they go right past the rings. If it was mine, i would switch to a 0w-30 full synthetic. Yep, 5000 miles on a 2019 and already put in 2 quarts of oil. It's not leaking so it must be burning the oil off. I'm bringing it in to the dealer and if they say it's normal, i'll ask them run it through a smog test. With all the emissions issues with the diesels, I can't imaging they would want to have another scandal. Unusual oil consumption by VW Jetta 2019! This car drinks oil instead of gas! And VW states this is normal. Which part of the universe is VW residing. I need to change my oil filter but my dad and I cannot find it. If anyone could tell me where it is located and where I could possibly download a free owner's manual I would appreciate it. What about the cool? Who knows what leads to the birth of the cool? Who knows if VW will need cool to sell the new Jetta? It shouldn鈥檛. This new Jetta stands alone without any need for pretensions, or pretentiousness. Which may be a good thing. My fellow auto writer Rob Schweitzer had the Jetta before I did. He has some claim to knowledge of Volkswagen cool by virtue of both owning a Passat and having VIP seats to Coldplay at the Hartford Civic Center. His complaint about the Jetta: It鈥檚 too Japanese. That鈥檚 good news for those who want this iteration of the Jetta to be more reliable than previous versions, but not necessarily good news for those who aspire to cool. This is where the luxury car experience starts. Cars in this range boast high levels of technology, comfort and driveability. There's no refuting that it's a stunning looking car. And, about a year ago, Chevrolet gave the Cruze a mid-life facelift and rather than change the car visually, it tweaked the engine to be more powerful, refined and also fuel efficient. Power is now at a massive 164 bhp! It is a perfect highway cruiser and the interiors are also striking to look at. You also get a long list of equipments. Rear seat space is quite poor though. This beautifully engineered car has styling that is quite understated. The cabin is hard-to-fault and if you pay attention to details you will notice that build quality is easily the best in class. The seats are spacious and comfort is brilliant. It lacks a bit in the equipment department and the steep price is a downer compared to the competitors. Quality and fit and finish are excellent.
It's also one of the best cars to own if you're chauffer driven. The engine is under powered and it's not the most exciting car to drive. The Hyundai Elantra is easily the best looking car in its class. You get a long list of equipments including cooled front seats, a spacious cabin and also a very competitive price tag. Also it's easy to drive in traffic and decent on the highway too. Though it is a tad bouncy at high speeds. The Fluence was Renault's first car in India and it has been improved a few months back. There is a slight bump in the power and much lesser turbo lag. Also, a few equipments have also been added. These cars typically start from the Rs. 20 lac bracket and come with loads of features and luxurious cabins. Ideal for people who like to be chauffer driven. It is better looking, better equipped and more comfortable too.
