2019 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen Vehicle Accessories

Today on our 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Sport Wagon we'll be doing a quick test fit of the Thule Sprint Roof Mounted Bike Rack, part number Th528. With a Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof Rack System installed onto our roof, we'll begin our test fit by placing the bike rack up onto the vehicle's crossbars. Starting at the front here, we'll loosen up this speed link lever so that we can bring the rubber coated steel strap around the bar and hook it into the connection point. Then moving to the rear, we'll adjust the rear bracket as necessary, and then again bring the rubber coated steel strap around the underside of the bar. With both straps hooked in place, we'll then tighten down the speed link levers, which will bring the straps around tightly against the bar. Once everything is all tightened down and secured, we're ready to load up our bike.

We'll loosen up the AccuTight knob at the front, which will extend the skewer outward. Today on our 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Sport Wagon, we'll be doing a quick test fit of the Thule Sonic Medium Rooftop Cargo Box with 13 cubic feet of space in glossy black, part number TH634B. With a inaudible 00:00:12 rack vortex aero roofrack system on our roof, we'll begin our test fit by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicle's crossbars. After positioning the clamps over the bars, we can unlock the box and open the lid, exposing the 2 closest knobs. We'll then turn the knobs, which will tighten down the clamps around the bars. Now this box does feature the AccuTight mounting hardware, which will notify you when the clamps have been fully tightened when the knob starts to click. We'll move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Now this double-sided opening lid will also enable you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the car.

Today on our Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagen, we'll be doing a test fit of the Thule Hyper XL roof top cargo box with 17 cubic feet of space in two tone black and silver part number TH612. With the rhino rack vortex aero roof rack system installed onto our roof, we'll begin our test by placing the cargo box up onto the vehicles cross bars. After positioning the clamps to fit over the bars we can unlock the box and open the lid exposing the two closest knobs. We then turn the knobs which will tighten on the clamps around the bars. Now this box says featured the acutight mounting hardware which will notify you when the clamps have been fully tighten when the knob starts to click. Now this double sided opening lid will also enable you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the car.

We'll then tighten down the knobs, which will bring the clamps tightly around the crossbars. Now this double-sided-opening lid will also enable you to easily load and unload your cargo from either side of the car. I'll move to the other side of the vehicle and repeat the same process. Today on our 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Sport Wagon we'll be doing a test fit of the Rhino Rack SX Series Leg Kit with the Vortex Aero crossbars. These are part numbers RRSX004 and RRVA118B-2.

We'll begin our test fit by placing the front crossbar onto the front of our roof. Now there's a small slot in the side rail where the parallel bars connection down to the piece which anchors to the roof. I'm going to use that as a location mark to where we're going to place the feet on both the passenger and driver side of the vehicle. Once we have the front bar in place i'm going to use the included tightening tool to tighten down the silver bolt on the inside of the bar, which will bring the two clamps together tightly around the side rail. Today in our 2010 Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagon, we'll be installing our tow-ready T1 vehicle wiring harness with 4-pole flat connector, part number 119179KIT. To begin our install, we'll first go ahead and open up the rear hatch. We remove the rear cargo cover, fold back the cargo lid, and then remove the spare tire cover.
