Help with Vw gears! What does S mean? Also, I cant shift to 2 at a stop on my MK6 GTI. Is that not normal? I don't know that it's abnormal. I could shift into 2nd while stopped in my GTI and in my Tig. My wife's GLI will not go into 2nd until maybe 2-2.5k. However, her car has had no TSBs done but my Tig and GTI both had one done for the transmission at some point. Thats normal, you have the GTI which is a DSG dual clutch.
