New Crafter Returns To Hanover After 50,000km Journey

New Crafter Returns To Hanover After 50,000km Journey

Hanover, March 17, 2017 - During the past four months, the all-new Volkswagen Crafter has completed the ultimate quality check, taking a journey four times the length off the entire German motorway network. The mission: to visit exceptional craftsmen from the Arctic Circle to Morocco and from Iceland to Moscow. The result: over 50,000 km, 31 countries, 30 craftsmen and zero faults. The journey began last November and finished this week, as the vehicle goes on sale, in Hanover. Along the route, the Crafter visited extraordinary craftsmen who judged how practical, innovative and economical was, and how it would fit with their business. Over 900,000 contacts were reached via Facebook alone, providing a virtual companion for the Crafter on its epic trip. Those who followed the adventure will know that the Crafter has proved itself to be an extremely reliable vehicle for every task. The Crafter2Craftsmen has one more journey to make: it will travel from Hanover to the UK and appear on the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles stand at the Commercial Vehicle Show at the NEC in Birmingham from 25-27 April. The all-new Crafter will make its debut there, seven years to the day after the first Crafter was launched - also at the CV Show.

This is a known issue Try a radio reboot, Press and hold your radio power on button for about a minute, if this does not work you can try locating the ground and make sure its ok. Where is the ground located ? Thank you. My screen just went blank and I was able to resolve it thank to you. My 2011 CC screen just went white but the radio was still working. The hard reboot worked! Thank you DeathJam4. My radio on my Jetta 2014 stopped working. Checked all the fuses and they were okay. Read and used your suggestion of holding the power button for 1 minute and it worked. Thanks for saving me some money! 2002 Jetta. Sudden death of stereo. Twice tried holding power button for a minute. No help. Is the only thing to pull out the system? How is that done? 4 slots around your stereo. You can fasion something like popsicle sticks to do the same task or a few peices of tin from say a dolar store container.

Holding the radio power button down worked! This happened to us in our now 1 year old 2017 Passat. The dealer replaced the system about 6 months ago. 6 times in my 9 minutes drive home.. My Polo TSI 2015 Model Radio this Morning have just stop working and its a touch screen. I have just reboot my radio by Pressing and holding radio power on button for about a minute and know it is working. Thank you very much it is working. Hi, in my 2011 CC I was installing an aftermarket radio with the cambus. After that I couldn't get power to the radio even when I reinstalled the OEM with a good fuse but still nothing not even the lights. My 2016 VW passat screen went off i can listen to radio but i cant see the screen its off went i go into bumps it looks like it want to come on but it doesnt. What can it be? 15 seconds it might boot up but sounds to me like the screen has failed or something came loose in the radio.

I'm having the same problem my radio just stopped working the screen is completely blank it's a 2011 Se but my Bluetooth is still hooked up can somebody help me please.. Ok I kinda have a different thing going on. My radio turns on and starts to boot up. But then turns off and you can hear the CD player running but no music comes out. Can you help please. I have tried the reboot. GuruVQQHN this is also my problem and I havent yet found an answer, please post here if you find out and I will do the same. My stereo is working since I took it to a car audio guy who pulled the system and replaced the fuse. While he was back there he replaced a bulb, too. If you have lower dash lights that have stopped working, you might check if your guy can do those while he's at it, and supply him with a few bulbs.

I got mine from the dealership down the road. Having a similar issue with my 2011 Jetta - was driving home from work and my radio cut out. No music, black screen. Tried doing the hard reboot by holding down the power button for a minute but no luck. Checked the fuses (slot 42 I believe - been a week now since I looked it up) and no problems. Any ideas on how to fix? Deathjam4 i need your help why would my Bluetooth still connect if my radio is not working.. I still have a blank screen but my Bluetooth connect to my phone.. I replace the battery the next day my radio didnt come back on again. Which is the radio fuse and which is the wiper fuse. Neither of those things are working in my car but the Bluetooth connects. 2015 Passat SE 1.8l gas turbo, radio and backup cam are dead.
