Start test: When the ignition is switched on, the throttle valve is opened by a certain value, and must then close on its own.

Diagnostic conditions



- Throttle adjusting unit taught



- Switch on ignition, then



- Switch off ignition, for > 1 min



- Switch on ignition



Possible fault causes



- Throttle adjusting unit Faulty
