Volkswagen Tiguan is an upcoming model of Volkswagen which is expected to launch in 2011. It will be a luxury SUV from VW which is based on Audi A5 platform and much luxurious in its segment. It will be the new entry into the ever growing small SUV segment for Company. It was first showcased at the 2007 Frankfurt Motor Show, and was debuted as a 2008 model for Europe. It will give a strong competition to the other brands like Honda CR-V, Ford Endeavour, Honda Santa Fe and Upcoming Mahindra Scorpio in India. Engine- It will come a with robust 2.0 litre turbo engine with 1984cc four-cylinder .It will have a capacity to churn maximum power of 200 hp @ 5100-6000 rpm and maximum torque of 280Nm @ 1700-5000 rpm. It is guessed to come with six speed manual transmission. Exterior- It has got handsome sporty look, it is a seven seater with superb exterior design which is common from VW family. The head lamps and fog lamps looks quite pretty along with flourished shades.

Liang and others referred to the defeat device as the "acoustic function," or "cycle-beating" software, prosecutors said. The indictment said Liang and his co-conspirators designed a software update in 2014 that VW told consumers would fix discrepancies being found in emissions testing. In fact, the update was to allow the cheat system to more easily detect when the vehicle was being tested, using the angle of the steering wheel. After a West Virginia University study showed the cars were emitting more pollutants on the road than tests had indicated, Liang and his co-conspirators lied to regulators, telling them the discrepancy was caused by "innocent" mechanical issues, authorities said.

With this speed run the 2019 鈥淏onneville鈥淛etta broke the Southern California Timing Association鈥檚 (SCTA) Blown Gas Coupe (G/BGC) class record of 208.472 mph. Of course the Jetta was modified from its production-based EA888 engine and aerodynamically low 0.27 drag coefficient body shape. The 2.0-liter direct-injection and turbocharged engine in the Bonneville Jetta was modified for high output with new connecting rods, pistons, valves, camshafts, turbocharger, and exhaust system, but the basic block and crankshaft are stock. On the dyno, the engine achieved an output of 600 horsepower at 8500 rpm. To run at high speed on the salt, the Bonneville Jetta had many other changes from stock. The suspension was lowered, special Salt Flat wheels and tires were fitted, and a limited-slip differential was added to aid traction.
